Our NPD Process
STEP 1

Brief
Complete the following briefing document here, so that our team can get the project set up on our systems and brief to our flavourists.
STEP 2
–
Build
Our experienced flavourists will build your product based on the brief you have given. The level of complexity will determine the time this takes.
STEP 3

Evaluate
The product will then be released for your evaluation. You will be asked to complete a feedback form on the flavour you have received.
STEP 4
–
Tweak
Using the detailed feedback provided, our flavourists will tweak the product accordingly. This usually only takes a couple of days.
STEP 5
–
Re-Evaluate
Your product will then be returned to you for final evaluation. If any more tweaks are required it will go back through the last step of the process again.
STEP 6
–
Release
Once you are happy with the product, all technical information will be produced and sent to you. The only thing left to do is place your order and launch your product.
