Part 6 of the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR) places an obligation on the manufacturers and importers of electronic cigarettes to submit a notification to the competent authorities where they are intended to be marketed.

Regulation 31 (3)b requires the notification to include a list of the emissions which result from the use of the product. The testing should be carried out in accordance with the expected use of the product using a standardised puff regime.

In our fully equipped analytical laboratory, our dedicated team of chemists and analysts can assist with ensuring you meet these obligations through our quick and easy process. Our method is developed based on CORESTA Recommended Method No. 74 – Determination of Selected Carbonyls in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke by HPLC.
