Our Flavour Matching Process
STEP 1

Target
First up, we require a target sample of the Flavour Concentrate you would like us to match. We need 30ml so that we can analyse the chemical make up.
STEP 2

Analyse
Our Lab analysts will run the sample through the GCMS to analyse the chemical composition and the ratio of each chemical used.
STEP 3
–
Rebuild
Our formulation technicians will then rebuild the concentrate using the information provided by the Lab analysts for review.
STEP 4
–
Evaluate
Using tasting syrup, our flavourists and formulation technicians will evaluate the sample to see how close it is to the original target.
STEP 5
–
Refine
Our flavourists will then add anything they believe is missing from the sample using the many years of experience and their honed sense of taste and smell.
STEP 6
–
Release
Once our flavourists have added the magic touch, the sample will be released back to you for sampling and confirmation you wish to proceed.
