Fast Turnaround on orders
We dispatch all orders for flavours within ten working days. We know how important the integrity of supply chains has become for every business, so we control everything from nicotine product to flavour mixing in-house. As we make everything in the UK there are no long shipping times ensureing your get your order as quickly as possible.
Low MOQ's
We offer low minimum order quantity on our vape concentrates, ready to vape e-liquids and nicotine dilutions which is just 15KG’s per SKU. On our nicotine pouch powder our minimum order quanitity per SKU is just 50KG’s, enabling our customers to launch new products with a relatively low risk. This also helps your cash flow as it’s not all tied up in stock.

Advance Flavour Solutions are a UK based flavour house that specialises in new generation nicotine products. We produce e-liquid flavour concentrates, nicotine pouch flavour concentrates, ready to vape e-liquids, nicotine pouch powder and nicotine dilutions.
Our products are manufactured to specifications which adhere to the tobacco products directive and are compliant with all regulations. We are Diketone and CMR free facility, we only manufacture using chemicals which are deemed inhalation safe for vaping and food safe for nicotine powder.
We are ISO9001:2015 certified and have an annual capacity of over 500 tonnes of bulk product. Our blending takes place in a dedicated ISO Class 7 Clean room and and our high levels of automation make us one of the most efficient flavour houses in the world.
All our raw materials are passed by quality control when entering the facility and all finished products are only released when they have passed QC. We hold retained samples of all raw materials and finished products in the event of an issue arising.
Our flexible manufacturing systems allow us to produce small cost effective batches. Our MOQ’s on e-liquid based concentrates/RTV solutions are 15KG’s or 15 litres and on nicotine pouch powders 50KG’s. We can also supply any product in 1 Ton IBC formats to give better economy.
Our in-house developed software system is the genius behind our flexibility and scaleability. It allows us to track all of our raw materials and also our finished products. Each container carries the batch and production information which enables us to know every last detail that went into producing that product.
All of our ready to vape products adhere to our relative safety standards of ‘99.73% less toxicants than cigarettes’. This sets a new benchmark for the category in terms of safety and is a message that can be communicated to the end consumer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days from date of order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
15kg’s per SKU on our e-liquid concentrates and nicotine dilutions, 15l per SKU on our ready to vape e-liquids. For our Nicotine Powders for use in Nicotine Pouches its 50kg’s per SKU.
Is your range TPD compliant?
All our products are compliant with TPD. We can conduct emissions testing in-house and have a Regulatory Partner that can support you with your registrations.
What accreditation's do you have?
Our site is ISO9001:2015 and HACCP Certified. We are currently working towards BRC, GMP and ISO17025.
What volume and weight of product do you ship?
We sell our Vape Concentrates in multiples of 15kg Jerry Cans, our ready to vapes in 15L Jerry Cans and our Nicotine Powders in 10kg buckets. Our Nicotine Dilutions are available in 15kg Jerry Cans and 1 Ton IBC’s.

All of our e-liquids are made using –
- EP/USP Vegetable Glycerine
- EP/USP Propylene Glycol
- EP/USP 99.5% Nicotine
- Inhalation Safe, CMR Free Flavourings
Do you offer Nicotine Salts?
Yes we do, we use Nicotine salicylate for our salt based flavours. We have our standard 10ml Nicotine Salt ranges and our Nerds Nic Salt ranges which are based on the popular flavours of Disposable Vapes

How will my order be packaged?
We pack into varying sizes of Jerry Cans or IBC’s. Depending on the size of your order will determine if the product ships on a pallet. We will provide more details once we know your order requirements.

Based on our relative safety work we like to think so. Our ready to vape e-liquids produce 99.73% less toxicants than cigarettes.

What strengths of e-liquids are availble?
Any strength you like. For international customers we can produce up to 50mg/ml where the law permits. For the UK there is a maximum strength of 20mg/ml.
